Aramvori – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Aramvori. In case something doesn’t work out, we are here to help you with an easy and transparent return or exchange process.

1. RETURN POLICY

1.1 Timeframe

To qualify for a return, the product must be sent back within 7 calendar days of delivery in unused, undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process by emailing us at info@aramvori.com

1.2 Condition of Items

To be eligible for return:

  • 360-Degree Video: Before opening the package, please send us a video showing the condition of the product.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Items without original tags will not be accepted

1.3 Return Process

Initiate Return:
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.

Product Inspection:
After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria.

Refund Issuance:
Once verified, we’ll share your refund details via email or WhatsApp, and the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

 

1.4 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Clearance sale or final items

1.5 Products Purchased During Sales

Items bought during sale periods are non-refundable.
However, they can be exchanged OR you may receive store credit, depending on availability.

1.6 Store Credit

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of issue
  • Cannot be encashed
  • Can be used across the entire Aramvori website

1.7 Self-Shipping (if pickup unavailable)

If reverse pickup isn’t available at your pin code, you may self-ship the product to at your own cost. Please include your order number and return ID in the package.

1.8 Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift wrap cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

2.1 Exchange Approval
After your exchange request is approved, our delivery partner will be scheduled to pick up the item.

Return Verification:
Once we receive the returned product, our team will check its condition and get in touch with you on WhatsApp with the update.

Exchange Charges:
There are no fees involved in the exchange process. After successful verification, your new product will be shipped.

Processing Time:
The entire exchange procedure usually takes 5–7 working days to complete.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

2.2 Single Exchange Rule

  • Once an item is exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  • If you wish to return an already exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.

2.3 Payment Differences

  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
  • If exchanging for an item of lower value, the difference will be provided as a credit note.
  • COD is not available for exchange orders.

2.4 Replacement Delivery

Exchanged items will be shipped to the same address as the original order.

2.5 Exchange Conditions

  • Only one item per exchange request
  • Sarees can be exchanged for sarees; apparel items for apparel items
  • Product must reach us in original condition and pass a quality check

3. REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back within 7 calendar days of delivery, in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order to begin the return process by emailing info@aramvori.com.

Important:
• Items purchased during sales, discounts, with coupon codes, or from clearance sections are not eligible for return or exchange.

  1. Refund Process:
    Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is picked up and successfully clears Aramvori’s quality check.
  2. Processing Time:
    Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 working days after the quality check is completed.
  3. Sale Items:
    Products purchased during sales or special promotions are non-refundable, but they may be eligible for an exchange.
  4. Damaged or Defective Products:
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please raise a concern within 48 hours of delivery. A refund will be issued only after verification by the Aramvori team. In special cases, a credit note or a replacement may be offered.

 Refund Options

We offer two refund methods for your convenience:

  1. Store Credit:

        o   Receive 100% store credit for the full amount of your purchase

        o   The store credit can be used anytime on aramvori.com, and we’ll send you a link to access your wallet via email or call.

  1. Bank Transfer:
    • Receive approximately 85% of the product price due to processing fees.
    • A ₹200 return pickup charge will apply. (Please note, the return charge may vary depending on the size and weight of the item.)

Refunds are processed through:

  • Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or bank transfer (No cash refunds).

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, please follow the return process outlined above.
